Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Development Intern to support analysts, developers, and project partners in the real estate development process. You will assist with market analysis, financial modeling, financing and tax credit applications, and project planning across affordable housing initiatives.

You will gain exposure to construction administration, due diligence, and documentation while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Interest in real estate development or finance; affordable housing is a plus.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication with team members and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with market research and analysis for development opportunities.
• Build and update financial models and cash flow projections.
• Evaluate prospective acquisitions by reviewing financial, operational, market, and property information.
• Prepare materials for financing and tax credit applications.
• Maintain construction matrices, project schedules, trackers, and related tools.
• Review investment agreements and due diligence materials under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with development team and partners across phases of projects.
