Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Internship Program for Fall 2026 in the Dallas metro area. As an intern you can explore sales, business development, customer service, retail management or operations with training, mentoring and a clear career path that rewards performance.

The program offers a part-time schedule (20–25 hours/week) and a paid internship at $17 per hour, with employee discounts and long-term career opportunities across the North

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by December 2026.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition; potential for performance incentives and referrals.

This Management Trainee Internship opportunity is located within our Dallas Metro market and may support branch locations throughout Downtown Dallas, Oak Lawn, Knox-Henderson, East Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett, Rockwall, Sachse, Forney, Terrell, DeSoto, Lancaster, Cedar Hill, Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red Oak, Dallas County, Kaufman County, Ellis County, and surrounding North Texas communities. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the greater Dallas market.

Responsibilities

We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
