Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership and development programs to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience from planning through live execution, coordinating with facilitators and vendors, and creating participant materials for in-person experiences.

You’ll work closely with the team on timelines, communications, and event logistics, using tools like Asana and MS Office, while building a strong foundation in program management and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines and moving pieces.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Interest in learning and development, leadership development, employee experience, events or program management.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from early planning through live execution.
  • Keep projects moving by helping manage timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans using tools like Asana.
  • Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
  • Help create and prepare materials participants will use throughout their programs.
  • Get involved in the details that make in-person experiences run smoothly, including venues, hotels, food & beverage, AV, swag, dinners, supplies and participant activities.
  • Work alongside team members, facilitators, and external partners on a mix of short and long-term projects.

Job Overview

As a Learning & Development Intern, you’ll help bring some of our key leadership and development programs to life. You’ll get hands‑on experience across everything from program planning and participant communications to events, creative materials, and onsite experiences. No two weeks will look the same. You might help prepare for an upcoming program, coordinate with facilitators, build participant materials, organize an offsite experience, or support a live training. You’ll work closely with team members, facilitators, vendors, and participants and get a behind‑the‑scenes look at what it takes to create a great learning experience.

Internship Program Details

Students must be able to receive academic credit from their U.S.-based college or university

Open to undergraduate and graduate students

The Spring 2027 internship program begins January 26, 2027 and ends April 30, 2027
