Job summary

Leonard Truck Outfitters in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Spray/Installation Technician to apply spray-in bed liners and install aftermarket parts on trucks and commercial vehicles. This role is based at the Greensboro sales lot with travel to other locations as needed, reporting to the Store Manager and no direct reports.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience with bed liner materials, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience applying spray-in bed liners is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Preferred: experience installing aftermarket automotive parts.
• Automotive paint and refinishing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for spray-in bed liner applications.
• Mix and apply bed liner materials according to specs.
• Inspect finished work for coverage and adhesion.
• Install aftermarket parts such as running boards and hitches.
• Travel to other locations as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness.
