The Goley Companies’ Goley Insulation in Dupo, IL is hiring a Lead Spray Foam Technician to lead a crew on commercial and residential insulation projects. You will apply spray foam, mentor teammates, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in spray foam or insulation installation.
Proven leadership ability in a construction or technical role.
Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments, including heights and confined spaces.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

Apply spray foam insulation in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring quality and consistency.
Lead, mentor, and direct crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to plan and execute daily tasks.
Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while following OSHA and company safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and crew members to ensure smooth project flow and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Apply spray foam insulation in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring quality and consistency.

Lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in spray foam or insulation installation.

Proven leadership ability in a construction or technical role.

Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments, including heights and confined spaces.

Preferred:

Extensive experience with spray foam systems and related equipment.
