Job summary

Goley Insulation, Inc. in Dupo, IL is seeking a Lead Spray Foam Technician to lead a crew on commercial and residential projects. You will apply spray foam insulation, read blueprints, mentor crew members, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in spray foam or insulation installation.
Proven leadership ability in a construction or technical role.
Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments, including heights and confined spaces.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and direct crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Apply spray foam insulation in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring quality and consistency.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to plan and execute daily tasks.
Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while following OSHA and company safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and crew members to ensure smooth project flow and problem resolution.
