Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support Southern California with spray foam insulation solutions. The role combines technical service, sales acumen, and customer education to drive adoption in residential and commercial markets.

Ideal candidates bring SPF industry experience, strong presentation skills, and a willingness to travel up to 70% to meet customers and training commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in SPF/wall insulation and building envelope systems.
• Ability to travel up to 70% as needed by business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and HERS ratings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales/technical assistance to partners and customers by phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Provide sales support to direct and distribution customers.
• Provide authorized applicator training using the Carlisle SFI Application program.
• Support product management with codes, standards and regulations.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for new technology development.
• Develop new business and maintain current business within the designated territory.
• Meet and exceed designated sales budgets for the year.
• Maintain timely documentation for all sales activity in designated systems.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from internal and external sources.
• Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
