Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Production Manager in Mesa, AZ to lead the location's production department and coordinate schedules to ensure customer satisfaction. You will visit job sites, direct operations, and contribute to profitability while upholding safety standards.

You will support the Branch Manager, supervise a team, manage HR activities, and pursue new business opportunities, with flexibility for evening or weekend hours as demanded by job needs.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; construction/installation/trades preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager and improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage a team and monitor installers' processes and procedures.
• Handle HR tasks including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
