Job summary

Cabinetworks Group seeks a dedicated 2nd Shift Finishing Booth Operator in Mount Jackson, VA. Starting at $20.44/hr (up to $23.92/hr), eligible for overtime and full-time benefits. You will set up stain, sealers, and top coats, manage waste, and ensure safety and quality in spray booths.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong math and computer skills, and fluency in English. Training provided; overtime and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of work experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical inclination and steady hand-eye coordination.
• Math and computer skills.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Stain set ups, preparation of sealer and top coat, housekeeping of pump room, and inventory checks.
• Responsible for solid and liquid waste removal and proper disposal or storage.
• Maintain Hazardous Materials Storage Shed and report air emissions, weekly waste inventory and daily usage.
• Understand instructions written or verbal and follow them.
• With training, operate spray booths including quality checks and color matching.
