Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial or industrial paint, spray, stain, or finishing experience.
• Ability to read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Ability to wear a respirator and required PPE.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray booth equipment to apply stains, paints, and finishes to wood products.
• Support production needs including customer orders, inventory, product samples, and prototypes.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Monitor spray booth operations and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Promote a safe work environment for all employees and visitors.
