Job summary

Falcon Industries, a Division of NOA BRANDS America, Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented Spot Welder to join our Somerset, NJ manufacturing team. You will set up and operate resistance welding equipment to assemble metal fixtures according to blueprints, performing quality checks and maintaining tools.

You will work on high-volume production, read drawings, and ensure safety procedures are followed. This role requires autonomy, reliability, and the ability to meet daily production targets in a

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience in resistance/spot welding.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Able to perform long shifts in a noisy industrial environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs continuously.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain spot welding equipment to produce high-quality fixtures.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols to guide production and quality checks.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspection of weld joints for consistency.
