Requirements

• Prior experience in manufacturing or spot welding is highly desirable
• Background in metal fabrication, assembly, or welding equipment operation is beneficial
• Capacity to interpret and execute written work instructions
• Fundamental mechanical skills
• Strong focus on precision and detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to thrive in a high-speed manufacturing setting
• Reliable work history and a strong commitment to the job
• Ability to remain standing for long shifts while performing repetitive tasks
• Capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
