Falcon Manufacturing LLC, a precision sheet metal and fabrication facility, seeks an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for its Somerset, NJ location. The role covers preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and building systems upkeep on 1st shift.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience, and ability to read blueprints and schematics. Wages are hourly, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
• Knowledge to fix minor electrical issues, plumbing and HVAC systems.

Responsabilités

• Preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment (press brakes, spot welders, lasers, NC turret presses, production machines).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Repair or replace broken components; disassemble machinery for problems.
• Test malfunctioning equipment to determine major repair needs.
• Perform inspections and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
