Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a production worker in the Bedford area to operate basic machinery per SOPs, load and unload materials, and monitor daily operations. You will perform routine equipment checks and keep a clean, safe workspace while following all safety policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
