Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. seeks a motivated entry-level Production Operator to operate basic machinery in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include loading materials, monitoring operations, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while following SOPs and company policies.

This role supports continuous improvement and teamwork within a busy production line. Candidate should be reliable, able to follow directions, and comfortable lifting up to 50

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
