Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operator to run basic machinery and manage materials safely on the production floor.

You will monitor operations, perform routine equipment checks, and keep an organized workspace while adhering to SOPs and company policies. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic math skills, plus the ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Must follow safety guidelines and instructions.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
