Charger Logistics is hiring a Spot Pricing Analyst to own quote generation across key North American lanes (US, Canada, Mexico) and drive margin-aware rates that support the sales team and keep the network moving.

The role requires 2–4 years in freight pricing or logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with TMS/rate tools. You will collaborate with sales and ops in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in freight pricing, carrier sales, or logistics operations in NA trucking/brokerage.
• Solid understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with TMS platforms and rate tools (DAT/Truckstop) preferred.
• Analytical mindset with balance of pricing competitiveness and margin discipline.
• Comfortable in high-volume, fast-moving quoting environments; strong cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor margin performance on spot business and surface trends to leadership.

• Support ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting requests.

Charger Logistics is hiring a Spot Pricing Analyst to support our growing US commercial operations. You'll own the spot quoting process across key North American lanes — building sharp, margin-aware rates that help our sales team close business and keep our network moving.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and respond to spot freight quote requests across FTL and cross-border lanes (US, Canada, Mexico)
• Build competitive spot rates using market data, historical lane performance, and carrier cost inputs
• Monitor margin performance on spot business and surface trends to sales and operations leadership
• Maintain lane-level pricing benchmarks using TMS data and market rate tools (DAT, Truckstop, or similar)
• Collaborate with carrier sales and account management to align spot pricing with available capacity
• Track win/loss ratios on quoted lanes and contribute to ongoing pricing strategy improvements
• Support ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting requests
