Job summary

Charger Logistics is a premier US-based carrier hiring a Freight Pricing Analyst. You will own pricing end-to-end, from fast spot quotes to contract rate structures and RFP responses. The role emphasizes margin awareness and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Carrier Sourcing, and Finance.

You’ll build competitive spot rates using market data and lane performance, while modeling the profitability of proposed contract terms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
3–5 years in pricing, revenue management, or analytics within freight/logistics/3PL preferred.
Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling); SQL or BI tool experience a plus.
Familiarity with TMS platforms and freight market data sources.

Responsibilities

Spot Pricing: analyze and respond to spot freight quote requests across US lanes and cross-border routes.
Contract Pricing and Bids: develop, maintain contract rate structures, and model margin impact for terms.
Analysis, Reporting and Governance: monitor margin performance and maintain pricing benchmarks in systems.
Collaborate with Sales, Carrier Sourcing, and Finance to inform pricing decisions.
