Areli Sportswear in West Chicago, IL seeks motivated Sales Representatives to develop new business and build lasting relationships with schools, sports teams, clubs, organizations, and local businesses. You will identify prospects, understand apparel needs, and convert opportunities into long-term accounts.

An ideal candidate is comfortable with outbound prospecting, relationship-based selling, and consistent follow-up.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years sales experience.
• Athletic experience is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, athletic programs, youth orgs, clubs and businesses.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding account needs and providing uniform, apparel and team store solutions.
• Manage the sales process from outreach to proposal, follow-up, closing and ongoing account development.
• Be available for consumer questions and assistance as needed.
• Grow your book of business by creating new accounts and encouraging repeat orders.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the ordering process and ensure follow-through.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions and sales activity.
• Work independently to meet or exceed sales and business development goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and deliver a positive experience.
• Stay informed on Areli Sportswear products and offerings to communicate value.
