Job summary

Varsity Spirit is seeking a Fashion Sales Representative in the United States to drive territory growth through consultative selling to coaches and athletes. You will manage local relationships, promote Varsity products, and build fashion expertise while operating in a hybrid home-office setup.

The role rewards strong communication, planning, and the ability to travel within the defined territory, with opportunities to recruit for summer camp brands and advance professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business education or related field preferred.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Experience in an administrative support role for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prospect for territory sales.
• Conduct consults and fittings with coaches and athletes.
• Meet and exceed territory sales goals.
• Provide honest and confident feedback about style and fit.
