Job summary

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Technical Account Manager for its Sportsbook team. You’ll bridge clients and internal teams, guiding integrations, go-lives, and ongoing technical success.

You will lead onboarding, coordinate delivery, and perform pre-release audits, ensuring reliable deployments and strong client relationships while leveraging Jira and Confluence for documentation and issue tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience as TAM, technical support, integration, or similar client-facing technical role.
• Solid understanding of web architecture, REST APIs, JSON, and server logs.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and autonomous work skills with cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and API integrations from initial technical setup through testing and production go-live.
• Coordinate technical delivery by maintaining integration roadmaps, defining requirements, and preparing clear tasks for Engineering and DevOps teams, including logs and technical specs.
• Conduct pre-release technical audits of client setups to identify configuration or integration issues before production.
• Manage technical incidents and troubleshooting, analyse logs, isolate issues, and coordinate resolution with internal teams; contribute to RCA.
• Support client product adoption through technical demonstrations, feature guidance, and ongoing communication; collect feedback for CSAT improvement.
• Improve technical support processes using internal automation and AI tools to optimise ticket triage, documentation, knowledge sharing, and issue resolution.
