Caesars Entertainment’s Horseshoe Hammond is seeking a Sportsbook Dual Rate Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role in Hammond, Indiana. You will oversee ticketwriters, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold betting policies.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Compliance with AML and Title 31 procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years supervisor experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission, if applicable.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers; inputs betting information into computer; prints ticket; accepts money and gives ticket and change to customers.
• Accurately maintains bank and verifies winning tickets.
• Supervises wagering policies of the Race & Sportsbooks and AML/Title 31 procedures.
• Resolves customer concerns and explains wagering information as needed.
• Maintains Betting Boards/Televisions for customers to view and updates as required.
• Creates a fun, positive work environment for Horseshoe employees and supports sportsbook staff.
