PENN Entertainment, Inc. in Missouri seeks a Sportsbook Representative / Supervisor to support guests at our property.

This dual-coded role combines front-line wagering duties with supervisory responsibilities, split across shifts and pay scales. You will handle wager tickets, cash handling, and guest services, explain betting lines, maintain station readiness, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a high-volume, cash-handling customer service role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sportsbook operations and betting terminology; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately write, verify, and pay tickets for sports wagers per policies and regulations.
• Maintain a cash bank, ensuring accurate handling of payments and change.
• Process wagers and payouts timely and precisely.
• Explain betting lines, odds, and wagering rules to guests.
• Ensure sportsbook stations are stocked, clean, and organized.
• Reconcile cash banks and close out representatives per procedures.
• Escalate guest concerns or suspicious activity to management.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable guest assistance and input player cards.
• Supervise team members, ensure compliance with titles and SAR requirements.
