Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet)
• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• 21+ years of age or older
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions
• High level of customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: nights, weekends and some holidays
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to do simple math
• Understanding and a responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide a top tier level of customer service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly
• Don't get a penalty - adhere to rules and regulations
• Be familiar with betting options and discuss them with customers
• Resolve customer disputes/complaints and elevate to supervisor when needed
• Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with others and leadership
• Ensure all paperwork/documentation is filled out per policy
• Other duties as assigned
