National Women’s Soccer League in New York is seeking a Digital Video Editor to craft engaging short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and NWSLSoccer.com, with a strong storytelling knack and ability to meet tight deadlines.

The role reports to the Content team and will own video editing, sponsored content, and weekly turnarounds, while collaborating with Marketing to elevate stories across the League, Clubs, and Players both on and off the pitch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience producing and editing high-engagement digital video content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite; light proficiency in After Effects or motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of social video formats and platform best practices.
• Knowledge of music licensing and footage clearances.
• Ability to receive and implement editorial feedback quickly under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio/reel showcasing relevant work is required.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Edit engaging video content for distribution across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and NWSLSoccer.com.
• Produce and edit a high volume of sponsored video content on weekly deadlines.
• Concept, edit, and publish weekly dynamic video content for timely moments and stories.
• Collaborate with Content team to brainstorm and execute video concepts.
• Subclip weekly footage and organize/archive raw video assets.
• Maintain availability for matchnight coverage and real-time content needs.
