The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) is seeking a VP, Content to lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of all league content across owned and paid platforms, including social, video, editorial.

This role will oversee long- and short-form content production, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities and seamless integration with commercial partnerships to maximize reach, engagement and brand voice. Hybrid work model and top-tier compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in content strategy, digital media, or production.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing content platforms and teams.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator/influencer ecosystem, digital trends, and audience development strategies.
• Experience with SEO, GEO and AI tools that support efficiency.
• Experience integrating brand partnerships into content with balance of commercialization and growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional storytelling and editorial judgment.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
