Job summary

Pacers Sports & Entertainment in Indianapolis is launching a fast-paced ticket sales trainee program. You will make outbound calls, schedule meetings, and attend events with qualified Pacers prospects to sell ticket packages.

You’ll develop relationships while delivering strong customer service both on the phone and at game nights. The role offers extensive coaching, training, and mentoring from a management team with 30+ years of sports sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports.

Responsibilities

• Complete 100 outbound tasks per day with outreach to qualified prospects with the intent to generate full season and partial season ticket sales.
• Manage relationships of the ticket package accounts you sell.
• Be available to work up to 41+ home games.
• Align with PS&E’s mission and core values and participate in company-sponsored community outreach programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
