Job summary

Pacers Sports & Entertainment seeks a Premium Sales Manager to drive revenue through multi-year premium agreements and nightly rentals at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, supporting Pacers, Fever and fieldhouse events.

You will cultivate relationships with senior-level executives, deliver compelling proposals, and manage renewals with a data-driven approach using Salesforce CRM. This role reports to the Director of Premium Sales and collaborates with two other managers to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Three years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably B2B ticket or premium sales.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in sport management, marketing, sales, or business-related field from a four-year college or university is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business relationships to ensure revenue growth via premium opportunities (multi-year agreements, nightly rentals, premium ticket plans).
• Establish relationships throughout the Indianapolis area and surrounding communities with senior-level sales presentations.
