Job summary

The Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow ticket sales through phone outreach and in-person meetings. You will promote Full Season, Half Season, Quarter Season, and Feature Ticket Packs while building relationships with fans.

This 12-month developmental program emphasizes training, mentorship, and career growth in a fast-paced sports sales environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative problem-solving skills and proactive follow-through.

Responsibilities

Participate in a comprehensive training program during the first two weeks of employment, including in-depth product and sales training.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through prospecting, networking, and effective sales techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Attend team meetings and sales reviews, providing insights to drive team success.
Use CRM and ticketing systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
