The Indiana Pacers Ticket Sales Internship offers hands-on experience with a NBA franchise. You'll learn sales processes, shadow-ticket sales reps, and support the team during games and events in Indianapolis.

You will gain real-world exposure to lead generation, data entry in Excel and Archtics, and coordination of sales events. Open to juniors, seniors, or graduate students, the program emphasizes initiative, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in college as a junior, senior or graduate student.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for games and events.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Interest in business and sports industry.

Responsabilités

• Researching qualified leads.
• Researching local businesses, organizations, teams, etc.
• Completing data entry utilizing Microsoft Excel and Archtics.
• Creating invoices, receipts, flyers, order forms, and more.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of ticket sales events.
• Shadowing ticket sales reps on the phones and on appointments.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
