Job summary

The Salem RidgeYaks are seeking an Account Executive to join their energetic Ticket Sales Team in Salem, VA. You will drive new business, renew group and season memberships, and collaborate with sales and marketing to develop compelling programs that build fan loyalty and long-term value for the club.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months in sales or customer service, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a professional telephone manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
Proven track record in sales and building quality relationships, preferably within sports.
Friendly and professional telephone manner.
Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Represent the organization with professionalism in the community.
Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and events.
Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop programs for long-term sustainability.
Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using Provenue/Tickets.com.
Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals and outbound call/appointment targets.
Support overall operations when needed.
