Salem RidgeYaks, the Single-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, is looking for an Account Executive to join the dynamic Ticket Sales Team in Salem, VA. You will drive new business, renew group and season ticket memberships, and deliver outstanding customer service to fans and clients.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a strong, professional phone presence.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven track record in sales and building relationships, preferably in sports.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization professionally in the community.
• Generate new business by prospecting, cold calls, appointments, stadium tours and events.
• Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and outbound activity targets.
