Job summary

Diamond Baseball Holdings is seeking a Manager of Corporate Partnerships to sell and service sponsorships for the Winston-Salem Dash and affiliate clubs. You will identify leads, tailor proposals, and collaborate with sales leadership to plan activation strategies.

Responsibilities include client prospecting, event attendance, and managing sponsorship deliverables pre-game through post-game. A four-year degree and prior sports sponsorship sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of one year of full-time B2B and B2C sales experience.
• Sports sponsorship sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms and ticketing systems (e.g., TicketMaster, KORE).
• Proficiency with DigiDeck and ZoomInfo for prospecting and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service corporate partnerships, season ticket packages & group events.
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities.
• Analyze client needs and perform a needs analysis.
• Attend networking events to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Track calls and meetings to maintain productivity and meet goals.
• Use DigiDeck and ZoomInfo for proposals and prospecting.
• Participate in weekly corporate sales meetings and trainings.
• Build professional relationships with clients and assist in activation of sponsorship deliverables.
