Job summary

Playfly Sports in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a General Manager to drive incremental sponsorship revenue for Wake Forest Athletics. You will work on-site with the Athletics Director and Playfly leadership to pitch and close enterprise partnerships.

Lead a university property sales team, craft strategic plans, manage budgets, and deliver compelling proposals while aligning with Playfly's revenue model. Travel for client presentations and events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of direct sales experience in sports multi-media.
• Experience managing a team and achieving revenue goals.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Partner with athletics department to develop and execute a sales plan to meet revenue goals.
• Manage budgets and EBITDA targets for the university property.
• Close enterprise sponsorships and build a high-performing sales team.
• Create sales inventories, projections and partnership strategies.
• Develop compelling proposals and draft contracts.
• Present end-of-year recaps to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Represent Playfly and Wake Forest property professionally.
