Job summary

You will coach teammates, participate in hiring and onboarding, and plan daily workflows to execute game plans, events, and merchandising initiatives. A collaborative, resilient leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience.
• Stand, bend, reach, push/pull, and lift 15–35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work at heights with ladders or platforms.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store operations and brand standards under guidance of store leadership.
• Coach and develop teammates; observe interviews and onboarding.
• Plan daily work, create game plans, and allocate workforce.
• Uphold merchandising standards and ensure accurate presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming store environment.
• Support loss prevention, safety, and store policies.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
