Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or lift.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs to support shopping.
• Ensure merchandise is processed and backroom organized for easy access.
• Unload trucks and process freight, transfers, RTVs, claims and freight processing.
• Fulfill the company-defined customer experience according to service level standards.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
