Job summary

Exos is hiring a Sports Performance Coach to empower clients in the Gulf Breeze, FL area using our cutting-edge methodology. You will work directly with clients, design personalized plans, and help clients reach peak performance.

You will lead speed, agility, strength, and recovery sessions, communicate progress, and partner with employers on wellness events while advancing research in sports science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum two years of personal training or strength coaching experience or completion of Exos Performance Specialist Internship.
• Current industry certification; NSCA-CSCS or NASM preferred.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Proven ability to create effective, individualized exercise plans.
• Experience leading group fitness classes with emphasis on technique improvement.
• Strong presentation skills for both small and large group settings.
• Exceptional customer service skills, prioritizing client success and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations using proprietary assessment protocols.
• Update and adapt training plans based on progress and performance.
• Maintain communication with clients, provide motivation and feedback.
• Conduct speed and agility training, strength and power sessions.
• Lead recovery and regeneration sessions and evaluations.
• Collaborate with employers for wellness events and engagement activities.
