Job summary

Exos is seeking a Sports Performance Coach to join our team of innovators and educators in Phoenix. You will work directly with clients, applying Exos' evidence-based methodologies to drive peak athletic performance and readiness.

Responsibilities include conducting on-site evaluations, updating training plans, guiding clients, and leading employer engagement activities such as lunch & learns and wellness fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum two years of PT or strength coaching experience.
• NSCA-CSCS or NASM certification preferred.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Proven ability to create effective exercise plans.
• Experience leading group fitness classes with technique focus.
• Strong presentation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations using our assessment protocols.
• Update and adapt training plans based on progress.
• Maintain communication, guidance, and motivation with clients.
• Lead engagement activities with employers (lunch & learns, wellness fairs).
• Represent Exos by delivering educational programs.
• Report attendance, engagement, and outreach to track impact.
• Participate in planning and development of programs.
• Contribute to staff education and credentials.
