Job summary

Vail Health is seeking a Howard Head Sports Medicine scheduler to serve as the first point of contact between patients, MD offices, and the Therapy office. The role aims to increase referral conversion by expediting scheduling and coordinating logistics for the patient’s care episode.

Responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating with providers and insurance, ensuring accurate Pre-Registration, and scheduling therapy visits with follow-up. HIPAA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect as needed.
• Coordinate between patient, provider, insurance, and clinic to streamline logistics.
