Smith+Nebhew is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Sports Medicine portfolio in Des Moines, IA. You will work with the sales team to support surgical cases, consult on instrumentation, and secure inventory for procedures.

In this role you will learn the technical details of our implants and devices while building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff to drive revenue and meet quotas. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years sales experience in medical devices preferred.
• Experience selling orthopedic products to surgeons or hospitals.
• Proven track record of converting business at the surgeon or hospital level.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical case coverage in the operating room and consult the surgical team on Smith+Nebhew instrumentation.
• Collaborate with territory sales reps and regional leadership to develop a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed quota.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and colleagues to gain access to customers and deliver data-driven, trusted solutions.
