Audacy, Inc. is seeking a Digital Content Lead in Washington, DC to direct our digital production team and expand our sports footprint. This hands-on leader will mentor content creators and grow the Audacy digital brand across platforms.

You will oversee editorial strategy, multiple formats (web, video, social, podcasts) and collaborate with cross-functional partners to maximize audience reach and monetization.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of DC and NY sports scenes and what content resonates with fans on social media.
• Experience leading digital editorial teams and high-volume sports media output.
• Hands-on proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and coach a team of digital content producers to refine storytelling and output.
• Oversee all digital content production across web, video, social channels, and podcasts.
