Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a CRM Manager, Sports for a leading sports betting company. This role will develop promotional strategies and manage the build of customer loyalty across lifecycles through offers and best-in-class user journeys.

The ideal candidate brings sports betting CRM experience, deep lifecycle knowledge, and strong analytics, plus leadership ability to drive retention, LTV, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Sports betting CRM experience
• Deep knowledge of customer lifecycles (acquisition, activation, retention, churn, LTV, segmentation)
• Promotional strategy experience (offers, bonus structures, loyalty, calendars, user journeys)
• Strong commercial, data, and analytics skills—able to leverage raw data to drive decisions (retention, LTV, GGR)
• Proven team leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Develop promotional strategies and manage the build of customer loyalty across lifecycles through offers and best-in-class user journeys
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and testing of offers
• Lead a CRM team to drive retention, LTV, and revenue impact in a sports betting context

Skills and Requirements

• Sports betting CRM experience
• Deep customer lifecycle knowledge (acquisition, activation, retention, churn, LTV, segmentation, etc.)
• Promotional strategy experience (offers, bonus structures, loyalty, promotional calendars, user journeys, etc.)
• Strong commercial, data, and analytics skills – confident in leveraging raw data to drive decision making (incremental value generated, retention impact, LTV impact, impact on GGR, etc.)
• Team leadership experience
