Qualifications

• Sports betting CRM experience
• Deep knowledge of customer lifecycles (acquisition, activation, retention, churn, LTV, segmentation)
• Promotional strategy experience (offers, bonus structures, loyalty, calendars, user journeys)
• Strong commercial, data, and analytics skills—able to leverage raw data to drive decisions (retention, LTV, GGR)
• Proven team leadership experience

Responsibilities
