Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a major market promotions department
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Film/Video or another related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-energy brand campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, and streaming.
• Own the look and feel with videography, lighting, and sound design to produce spots that look as good as they feel.
• Drive digital engagement with thumb-stopping social content for Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
• Strategize and traffic: prioritize marketing initiatives with leadership and day plans for on-air and outside media.
• Build and maintain partnerships with internal departments and community organizations to elevate Gray Media brand.
