The role supports preconstruction and bidding efforts on nationwide projects, collaborating with teams to prepare competitive estimates and manage bid processes. You will work with preconstruction, operations, and project leadership to develop budgets, GMPs, and bid proposals while contributing to handoffs and value engineering discussions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating experience in commercial construction (sports experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and cost drivers.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for sports construction projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis across multiple trades.
• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Develop budgets, GMPs, and bid proposals.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and value engineering discussions.
• Support project handoff from preconstruction to operations.
