Jobot is seeking an experienced, driven Project Manager to lead commercial ground-up construction projects in St. Louis, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget while coordinating with field teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
Proficient with Procore or similar PM software.
Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of commercial ground-up construction projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders; manage RFI/change orders.
