Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator for the Greater St. Louis area to support bidding, estimating, and project pursuit efforts.

You will organize bid opportunities, maintain project documentation, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and help ensure proposals are submitted accurately and on time. Qualifications

• 0-1+ years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, estimating support, office administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Track and organize incoming bid opportunities and project information
• Maintain bid calendars, deadlines, and project tracking systems
• Download, organize, and manage plans, specifications, addenda, and bid documents
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors during the bidding process
• Assist estimators with gathering pricing, documentation, and proposal information
• Prepare and assemble bid packages and proposal documents
• Send follow-ups, bid invitations, and project communications
• Track RFIs, addenda, and other project updates
• Maintain organized project files and databases
• Provide administrative support to the estimating and preconstruction team
