Job summary

Lakeside Health and Wellness seeks an experienced Business Office Manager to lead the financial operations of our long-term care community. You will oversee resident trust funds, ensure accurate billing, process vendor invoices, and optimize cash flow in compliance with regulations.

The role is full-time, exempt, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with evenings/weekends as needed, offering generous PTO, medical benefits, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or similar field.
• Two or more years’ prior experience in long term care as a business office manager is required.
• PCC Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the financial success of the Community by completing analysis, documentation, and paperwork to administer resident trust funds, bill services, and process vendor invoices.
• Optimizes cash flow through processes compliant with guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate BOM functions with other departments and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Maintain accurate financial records and communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
