Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations, ensuring smooth execution, performance, and supervision of HOH staff.

You will direct and mentor HOH team members to maintain high standards across all kitchen responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience and a solid understanding of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer systems.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Heart-of-House (HOH) management and performance, providing direction and supervision for all HOH team members.
• Oversee HOH execution and performance on a daily basis to ensure standards and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and train HOH staff to uphold quality, safety, and efficiency in operations.
