Buffalo Wild Wings seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead the Heart-of-House operations and ensure smooth kitchen performance. You will oversee HOH execution, set standards for food quality, and manage team workflow to deliver consistent dining experiences.

Prefer 2 years in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management, with knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, alcohol service, and safety procedures. Buffalo Wild Wings values training and development of staff and welcomes diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Passion for training and developing your team.
